Scope of VATAN PRES Quality and Environmental Management System

The foundations of VATAN PRES A.Ş. were laid in 1984. It is a pioneering and leading company in the global automotive supply industry, providing essential parts to major OEM and Tier 1 companies worldwide.

Since 1984, with its single-roof production capacity at BADEMLİ MAH. BURSA YOLU CAD. No:137 Mudanya / BURSA, in a total area of 16,000 m2, with 38,400 m2 closed space, VATAN PRES A.Ş. has been conducting automotive sub-industry projects, mold, welding, assembly, and sheet metal forming activities within the scope of Quality – Environment – Occupational Health and Safety management systems established according to ISO 14001:2015 standards.

Since its establishment, VATAN PRES A.Ş. has been conducting Total Quality Management activities, which are the foundation of its strategic goals. At the center of its customer-oriented system is the understanding of 'Quality'. To compete internationally, lean management and professional workforce are combined in the operation of processes.

The processes of the Quality-Environment-Occupational Health and Safety management systems are operated with the responsibility of all departments and top management according to the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.

Combining internationally qualified employees and high-tech equipment successfully, the Quality-Environment-Occupational Health and Safety processes are carried out without compromising on quality, which is its most important principle, while considering work safety, ergonomics, and environmental issues to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level.

The production of semi-finished and finished products, designed and engineered with experience and knowledge in mold design and engineering, is carried out within the company.

In the gas metal arc welding, spot welding, assembly, and sheet metal forming facilities, operations on raw materials are applied with high precision using robot technologies.

As part of Supplier Quality Development activities, experiences and technological knowledge are shared with business partners to add value to the final product. Continuous improvement is extended to all direct and indirect suppliers through performance evaluation and on-site quality tools, contributing to their development.

• Specifying the activities and products of the organization in the Purpose and Introduction part of the Environmental Manual,
• Defining the authority and capability of the organization in the leadership and commitment clause contents.

All activities included in this scope are managed and incorporated into the VATAN PRES Environmental Management System.
